This type of ministry includes a variety of organizations and resources.  Partner organizations found in this category are not necessarily adoption agencies, but ones that have indicated they in some way support the adoption process.  Please see below for a listing of adoption agencies in the U.S. accredited by the Russian government to conduct adoptions.
