Mission Statement

WWYC exists to plant seed of Christ in the hearts of children of every tongue, tribe, and nation.

Overview of Ministry Activity

WWYC partners with secular and faith based organizations in country to establish first contact with youth from many different spheres of society.  Partners include language schools, orphanages, camping associations, trade unions, clubs, and private businesses.

WWYC then partners with Christian organizations in country to deepen and develop the work begun during our youth outreaches.  These partners include churches, para church ministries, Christian mentoring clusters, and local missionaries/church leaders.

WWYC works year round to mentor our mentors providing training at twice a year retreats, equipping from regular staff visits, and personal development opportunities via full time in country partners.

In Russia, current ongoing projects include Summer, Fall, and Winter Studio Camps in Novosibirsk, Russia, with a year round mentoring program that flows out of and back into these camps, bi-yearly training sessions for our in country mentors focused on spiritual formation and leadership development, and an annual fall outreach to children who are part of an established, private, humanitarian organization.

In Ukraine, focused follow up takes place in the cities of  Simferopol and Donetsk and is overseen by mentors in both of those cities. Twice a year WWYC staff provide in country training and equipping for these mentors focusing again in the areas of spiritual formation and leadership development.
